INITIAL HERBAL CONSULTATIONS

(2 HOURS): $150

If you're accustom to a conventional doctor's visit, you might be surprised at the thoroughness of an herbal intake.

You can expect our initial session to last about two hours, during which we'll explore your personal and family health history, emotional patterns, and lifestyle habits. I see local clients at my downtown Tucson practice space, and also have the option of phone or video sessions for those living elsewhere.

By approaching physical, mental, and emotional health as interrelated, we are often more effectively able to shift unhealthy patterns that keep us in a state of dis-ease.  Our goal is to discover and address the unique root of each client's core concern, while also working to relieve accompanying symptoms, in order to find necessary relief and lasting change.

In addition to creating a custom herbal formula, I work with clients to find nutritional and lifestyle practices that are appropriate to their particular situation and wellness goals.

As a catalyst for healing, herbs are nuanced and multifaceted. By nature this allows us to address imbalance on all levels; physical, mental, and spiritual. Because of this potential, I am also open to working with folks to initiate change that is not based purely in the physical body. While not a replacement for professional mental health services, herbs can be used as a complementary piece of an integrated protocol for healing matters of the heart, difficult life transitions, grief, creative slumps, and much more.

My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and depends on the active participation of each client to engage and take responsibility for their unique healing progress. It is my strongly held belief that every person, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual beliefs, or relationship to addictive substances deserves access to non-judgemental, personalized health care and it is my highest aspiration to provide this to my clients.

Includes up to two custom formulae and personalized protocol.
