Wolfberry allows the ability to perceive one' own vast, authentic power and connection with the whole.
This essence is made with filtered or spring water, preserved in silver Tequila, and contains the vibrational signature of Carla’s own garden grown Lycium sp., native to the desert Southwest. All Yerba Nomadica essences come in a 1/2 oz amber glass bottle with dropper. Included with your order is a complementary Yerba Nomadica Desert Essences User’s Guide
About Flower Essences:
Flower essences are medicines that work on the energetic body, first and foremost, and are often used to facilitate emotional or spiritual change. They are made by capturing the energetic imprint of the flowering plant rather than its chemical constituents, therefore they are safe for all ages and may be taken in combination with conventional medicines.
Dosing:
Essences may be ingested or applied externally in low doses. Y/N suggests 1-5 drops up to twice a day; the smallest dose having the most pronounced effect and lessens with each additional drop.
A percentage of all sales from Y/N’s Desert Essences Line is donated to the Dig Deep Navajo Water Project, bringing clean running water and solar power to households of the Navajo Nation.

It is shown to enhance activity and regulation of the neurotransmitters including serotonin production and therefore should not be used in combination with MAOI, TCA, or SSRI medications.

++Milky Oat Tops (Avena sativa) are the literal archetypal mother's milk of the plant world. With an affect on the nervous system that is at once quieting and strengthening, nothing nourishes calm resilience quite like Avena's protective hand on our shoulder.
++Chamomile Flower (Matricaria recutita) finds the places where we are attached to anger, ire, and distress and asks them soften & release their grip. Melting and milding the irritated frayed edges of our nervous system, chamomile sweetly pacifies our inability to let go and sink into the sensation of safety in rest.

++Hawthorn Berry (Crategus spp.) has the potential to show us tough some tough love, but it's good for us. Like young fawns, we learn to balance our sharp thorns with our luscious hearts that are longing for connection. Hawthorn teaches by example that it is less frighting to show up fully in the world if we are armed with both ultimate softness and discerning boundaries.
++Motherwort (Leonarus cardiaca), the lioness, matches courage with devoted compassion. Dare to be bold, knowing that Motherwort is there to remind us that We. Are. Okay. This plant has shown to calm the effects of anxieties that have a tendency to rope in the heart with rapid beats or palpitations.
